TENIR/REG — Diagnostic & Evidence Workbench

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE · LOCAL EDITION

Authorizing an action does not establish its outcome.

The TENIR/REG Diagnostic & Evidence Workbench links configuration choices, simulated execution states and evidence sources. Start with a concrete question: an agent received PASS, yet confirmation of its action is missing. What can we actually establish?

FOUR-STEP WORKFLOW

What the workbench makes inspectable

01

Configure

Compare four axes and seven clauses across 144 configurations.

02

Inspect

Read four synthetic scenarios and follow state changes.

03

Trace

Find field values, hashes and pointers in a signed dossier.

04

Qualify

Separate observations, unknowns and the next control to verify.

RECORDED EVENTS · SIMULATION

Four outcomes, four different implications

01Authorized
A request can be admitted and sent without that admission confirming its external outcome.
02Veto
A blocking control prevents dispatch; no external provider effect is established.
03Holding
An observation is absent or expired; the action must not be dispatched.
04UNKNOWN
An action was attempted, but its outcome is unconfirmed. Blind retry would be unjustified.

What this does not prove

The local demonstrator is not embedded on this site and is not connected to TENIR-Gov 5.7.0. Structural admissibility is not an effective guarantee. Ed25519 protects the synthetic dossier relative to the provided public key; it does not independently authenticate the signer or establish a real provider effect.
